By signing below, I certify that: the above information is true; I am 18 years of age or older; the information provided will be used on my adopted pet's microchip registration and adoption processing.
Additionally, I understand that pets are available for adoption on a first-come, first-served basis; my adopted pet will be spayed/neutered as required by Texas law; and that Aggieland Humane Society reserves the right to refuse adoption to any applicant.
Finally, I acknowledge that my adoption interest will be kept on file for 60 days from submission.
